Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cart Attendant to join our team. As a Cart Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of carts and other equipment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Retrieve and organize carts/bags from the parking lot
- Clean and sanitize carts to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
- Assist guests with loading and unloading items into their vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cart storage areas
- Monitor cart supply levels and restock as needed
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by management

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Experience working with children or in a family-friendly environment is a plus
- Knowledge of guest services, golf , hospitality, or customer service is beneficial

Skills:
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations in a calm and professional manner
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure the cleanliness and organization of carts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
